The Big Orange Pride is one of the most decorated, honored and successful marching bands in Indiana history. The Big Orange Pride has a national reputation of excellence that spans more than three decades.

- 1983 ISSMA Class "A" State Champion
- 6 time Bands of America Grand National Finalist
- 2 appearances in the prestigious Rose Bowl Parade in Pasadena California
- 2 appearances in the Orange Bowl Parade in Miami Florida
- 1 appearance in the Citrus Bowl Parade in Orlando Florida
- Participation in the Daytona Beach Music Festival in Daytona Beach, Florida
- 1997 performing tour of Italy including a performance in the Vatican
- 2005 performance tour of Hawaii including performing in the King Kamehameha Day Parade
